About the role
We are seeking a Product Operations Manager to own the cross calibration and coordination between teams within our Product org to optimize workflows as we scale and develop new features. The role will drive forward our product goals and ensure alignment throughout the product development lifecycle.
Reporting directly to the Chief Product Officer, this person will create systems and processes that allow for seamless execution while further establishing functional best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Optimize and manage the Product Organization's operations and internal processes Elevate process maturity through standardization and comprehensive process documentation Drive consistency in internal and external communication, enablement, community idea management, and prioritization of features Analyze product data to provide insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making Introduce and lead a product scorecard initiative Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization Collaborate with product management, engineering, marketing, sales, customer and other teams to ensure alignment and efficiency Prepare detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders and executives, including overall progress, sprint plans, release plans, blockers and other relevant launch informationRequired Skills & Experience
6+ years of experience in a fast-paced, product-oriented environment A strong track record of program managing multiple complex projects at once Excellent written and verbal communication Competent technical skills, especially with modern program management tools. Strong presentation skills and comfortable presenting to high level executives Prior experience working in a product management role or at least very closely embedded within a product organization Solid understanding and exposure to an end-to-end product development lifecycle, from initial planning conversations through launch Previously worked in an environment that managed stakeholders across different teams and timezones, with ability to foster a collaborative environment with a global workforcePreferred Additional Experience
Ideally, prior financial domain experience, or at least some finance domain knowledge Experience working in a fast-paced, growing technology startup-
