Join our dynamic team and help us connect top tech talent with leading organizations across the United States.What You’ll Do:✅ Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for US-based IT roles ✅ Work directly with MSP/VMS platforms (Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) ✅ Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and internal databases ✅ Conduct technical screenings and ensure candidate-client alignment ✅ Manage interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding ✅ Ensure compliance with US employment laws and visa requirements ✅ Maintain accurate records in ATS systemsWhat We’re Looking For:🎯 3–4 years of experience in US IT recruitment 🎯 Mandatory experience with MSP/VMS platforms 🎯 Strong knowledge of US work authorizations (H1B, GC, etc.) 🎯 Excellent communication and negotiation skills 🎯 Proficiency in Boolean search, ATS tools, and CRM systems
