Role Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Treasury & Fund Management Executive to oversee the day-to-day treasury operations and ensure efficient fund management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services, specifically with experience in Mutual Funds or Banking, and will be responsible for monitoring company funds, forecasting payment obligations, and ensuring adequate liquidity at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily treasury operations, including cash flow monitoring, fund transfers, and bank reconciliations.
  • Monitor and manage the company's liquidity position to ensure sufficient funds are available for daily operational and payment needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments for payment planning and forecasting.
  • Maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and mutual fund partners.
  • Optimize returns on surplus funds through short-term investments in accordance with company policy.
  • Track and report on fund utilization, bank balances, and investment performance.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, treasury policies, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Prepare regular treasury reports and dashboards for senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Treasury Operations / Fund Management.
  • Experience working in Mutual Funds, Banks, or Financial Institutions is mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of financial instruments, cash management, and liquidity forecasting.
  • Proficient in MS Excel and financial systems/tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (MBA/CA preferred).
