Key Responsibilities :

Leadership & Mentorship: Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and support to junior team

members. Define KPIs for middleware components and ensure their Development: Design and develop software architecture for Android Middleware/Platform components in the automotive domain.

Requirement Analysis: Understand system requirements, derive software requirements, and deliver high-quality platform/middleware Collaboration: Act as the main interface for all software-related activities, including design reviews and requirement negotiations.

Project Management: Manage multiple projects, communicate effectively with key stakeholders, and address development & Testing: Develop software design documents, specifications, and test plans while ensuring compliance with CDD, CTS, and VTS standards.

Domain Expertise: Work on middleware components in domains such as Audio, Media, Tuner, Connectivity, Graphics, Projection, Inter-domain Communication, Camera, and Display sharing.

Innovation: Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in automotive software development.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.

- 5+ years in the Automotive Domain with a focus on Platform/Middleware Development.

- 2+ years of experience in the Android Domain.

- Involvement in at least two production programs in Automotive Middleware Development.

Technical Skills :

- Strong expertise in Android Automotive Systems and Car Framework.

- Hands-on experience in at least one of the following domains: Audio, Connectivity, Media, Graphics,

Projection, Bluetooth, or Camera.

- Proficiency in programming languages: Java, C++ (11/14/17/20), RUST.

- Experience with Android development tools: Android.bp, Android.mk, Ninja Soong, Bazel, etc.
