Responsibilities:Design and implementation of scalable Django web applications and RESTfuI API servicesEstablish technical architecture standards, coding practices, and development workflows for the teamMake critical technology decisions regarding system integration patterns and deployment strategiesConduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices, security standards, and performance optimizationCollaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specificationsFull-Stack Development & Implementation (30%)Develop and maintain complex Django applications with robust backend logic and database managementBuild responsive front-end interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and modern frameworksImplement comprehensive REST API solutions with proper authentication, validation, and error handlingDesign and optimize database schemas for PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and other relational and high performance databasesIntegrate third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionalityEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical field4+ years of hands-on experience in Django development and Python programmingProven track record leading development teams and managing complex web application projectsExperience working with enterprise clients and delivering production-grade applicationsTechnical SkillsBackend Development: Expert-level Django and Python proficiency with deep understanding of MVT architectureDatabase Management: Advanced experience with PostgreSQL, Snowflake, and other relational and hiph performance database optimization techniquesAPI Development: Strong background in REST API design, implementation, and integrationFrontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and modern frontend frameworksCloud & DevOps: Experience with Azure DevOps, Docker, and cloud deployment strategiesORM, Apache Airflow, Apache Flink, or Apache Kafka (any, listed in order of preference).
