Inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee – SCM (Order Management & Customer Service)
In this role you will be responsible for Order processing , Inventory Management, Customer Communication, Data Entry and Coordination with other departments to ensure timely and accurately order fulfillment.

Responsibilities
· Experience in Order Management or customer support over Email & chat
· Strong communication skills – Should have command over English language
· Should be well verse with MS Office tools – Specially MS Excel
· Flexible to work in shifts
· Flexible to stretch as per business need
· Should be ready to work from office
· Should have experience of working in MNCs & Global clients
· Respond to customer query through email, chat.
· Responsible to demonstrate capacity for critical thinking and analysis.
· Responsible to showcase strong work ethic, with the ability to work well both independently and within the context of a larger team-oriented environment
· Candidate should be comfortable with 24*7 shift timings (Including weekend working)
· Quick Learner & Ready to adapt quick changes

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum Qualifications / Skills :

• Any graduate degree or equivalent with a strong academic record .

• Relevant, proven experience in order management, logistics, or a similar role.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in order management systems (OMS), ERP software, and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Customer Service: Experience in customer service and handling inquiries.

• Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Time Management: Strong organizational and time management skills.
