Role: Unix Support - L2 / L3 - IMS Banking - 2 roles

Location: Riyadh, Saudi (Onsite)

Type: Full time – Perm

Visa: Sponsored incl. Family members, Insurance and other benefits

Experience: 6+ years (L2), 10+ years (L3)

Availability: 60 days max.

Skills: Unix - AIX (6.1/7.1/7.2/7.3) , Power 8/9/10 , HMC (v10) , VIOS (3.1.1.25/ 3.1.4.31/ 4.1.0.21)

Requisites:

  • Provide L2 or L3-level support for Unix in a mission-critical banking environment.
  • Ensure compliance with PCI DSS, SWIFT, and local banking regulator requirements.
  • Operate under ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem/Knowledge).
  • Maintain high availability, performance, and security; participate in DR/BCP drills.
  • Troubleshoot complex incidents and manage approved platform changes.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement permanent fixes.
  • Tune configurations and schedule jobs to enhance performance and reliability.
  • Coordinate with vendors (TAC cases, firmware/patch planning) and validate post-change health.
  • Demonstrate strong documentation, runbook hygiene, and clear communication with operations, security, audit, and business stakeholders.
  • Ownership mindset with readiness for 24x7 support and on-call rotation.
