We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Microsoft 365 Administrator with deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure Active Directory), and PowerShell scripting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and securing our Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring seamless collaboration, device compliance, and identity governance across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SharePoint Online:
  • Design, configure, and maintain SharePoint Online sites, libraries, and permissions.
  • Implement governance policies and ensure content lifecycle management.
  • Collaborate with business units to automate workflows using Power Automate and integrate with other M365 services.
  • Microsoft Intune:
  • Manage device compliance policies, configuration profiles, and application deployment.
  • Troubleshoot device enrollment issues and ensure secure mobile device management (MDM) and mobile application management (MAM).
  • Monitor and report on device health and security posture.
  • Entra ID (Azure Active Directory):
  • Administer user identities, roles, and access controls.
  • Implement Conditional Access policies and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  • Integrate third-party applications and manage enterprise app registrations.
  • PowerShell Automation:
  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation of administrative tasks.
  • Perform bulk operations, reporting, and configuration changes across M365 services.
  • Ensure scripts are secure, reusable, and documented.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration.
  • Strong expertise in SharePoint Online, Intune, and Entra ID.
  • Proficient in PowerShell scripting for automation and reporting.
  • Solid understanding of M365 security and compliance features.
  • Experience with Microsoft Graph API and REST APIs is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, SC-300, MD-102) are a plus.
