Lead Designer

Role Overview The Design Lead will lead the overall design vision, strategy, and execution across products, brand, and customer experiences. This role is responsible for building and mentoring high-performing design teams while ensuring design excellence, consistency, and impact across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities • Define and own the design vision and strategy aligned with business goals • Lead end-to-end design across product, brand, UX/UI, and marketing assets • Build, mentor, and manage a multi-disciplinary design team • Establish and maintain design systems, guidelines, and standards • Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Business teams • Drive user-centric design practices through research, testing, and iteration • Review and approve design outputs to ensure quality, consistency, and scalability • Manage design roadmaps, timelines, and priorities • Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience leading design teams and large design initiatives • Strong expertise in UX/UI, interaction design, and visual design • Experience with design systems and scalable design frameworks • Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite , etc. • Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, and analytics • Ability to translate business requirements into intuitive design solutions • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Education • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, HCI, or related fields (preferred) What We’re Looking For • Strategic thinker with a strong design mindset • Leader who can inspire, mentor, and scale teams • Strong balance of creativity, usability, and business impact • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments • Detail-oriented with a high bar for design quality Nice to Have • Experience in B2B / B2C digital products • Exposure to branding, motion, or content design • Experience working in agile or product-led organization.
