Role Description

  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, preferences, and lifestyle to create customized design concepts. 
  • Create comprehensive design concepts, mood boards, and colour palettes that align with the client's vision.
  • Space Planning.
  • Material and Finish Selection and Sourcing.
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and timelines effectively, while addressing any challenges that may arise.
  • Use design software and tools to create 2D and 3D renderings for client presentations.
  • Prepare comprehensive presentations that articulate design concepts and ideas clearly.
  • Work closely with in-house and external teams, including architects, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in luxury interior design with a proven portfolio of successful projects
  • Space Planning and Architecture skills
  • Construction Drawings expertise
  • Interior Design and FF&E knowledge
  • Ability to create innovative designs
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
  • A network of industry contacts and resources is advantageous
