The ideal candidate has strong hands-on expertise in Python, LLMs, LangChain/LangGraph, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), and front-end integration.ResponsibilitiesDevelop end-to-end GenAI applications using LLM and agentic frameworks.Build scalable architectures for large structured/unstructured data.Implement RAG/Modular RAG, OCR, fine-tuning (LoRA/QLoRA/PEFT).Integrate front-end interfaces (React/Streamlit) with GenAI backends.Deploy solutions on cloud (Azure preferred); set up LLMOps pipelines.Ensure Responsible AI practices and create clear technical documentation.Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers. Required SkillsStrong Python and AI engineering skills.Expertise in LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).Cloud experience (Azure/AWS/GCP).Experience with RAG, data pipelines, APIs, and OCR tools.Knowledge of multi-modal LLMs, fine-tuning, and LLMOps.Strong communication and mentoring abilities.
