Job Title : Senior Tax Consultant Work location : Hyderabad Employment Type : Full time Years of Experience : 5+ Yrs Notice Period : Immediate Responsibilities : Preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses including corporations, partnerships, estates, trusts, and others. Prepare and review U.S. federal and state income tax returns (Forms 1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S, 990, etc., depending on role). Ensure compliance with IRS regulations, GAAP, and applicable state laws. Perform tax computations, depreciation, adjustments, and reconciliations. Communicate with clients to gather required information and clarify tax matters. Stay updated on latest U.S. tax laws, reforms, and regulatory changes. Reviewing clients’ tax situations and offering advice on tax planning opportunities Consulting with clients on tax law changes that may affect them. Calculating and preparing tax returns for individuals and businesses Communicating with clients and providing information about their tax obligations and account balances Coordinating with other members of the team to ensure that all tax requirements are met. Researching tax code provisions and court rulingsto provide advice on complex tax issues.
