Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deploy RPA bots using UI Path and Blue Prism to automate repetitive business processes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand process requirements and create automation solutions.

- Develop end-to-end automation workflows, including data extraction, transformation, and integration with systems and applications.

- Conduct bot testing, debug errors, and ensure smooth performance of the automation solutions.

- Monitor bot performance, provide support, and resolve issues related to RPA systems in production.

- Maintain documentation for developed processes, including process design, workflows, and troubleshooting guides.

- Adhere to coding standards and best practices for RPA development, ensuring reusability and scalability.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, business analysts, and process owners) to identify areas for automation and implement solutions.

- Optimize and enhance existing RPA solutions for improved performance and efficiency.

- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and changes to the RPA system as required.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA tools and technologies, particularly UI Path and Blue Prism, to continuously improve automation solutions.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 3-4 years of experience in RPA development with UI Path and Blue Prism.

- Strong proficiency in developing automation solutions using UI Path Studio, UI Path Orchestrator, and Blue Prism.

- Good understanding of RPA concepts, including bot development, exception handling, and scheduling.

- Proficient in programming languages like VB.NET, C#, or JavaScript.

- Strong analytical skills to assess business processes and translate them into automation solutions.

- Experience integrating RPA with third-party applications, APIs, and databases.

- Knowledge of SQL for querying and data handling.

- Familiarity with process mining, OCR technologies, or AI/ML integration with RPA is a plus.

- Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to troubleshoot and optimize bots.

- Excellent communication skills for interacting with business users, stakeholders, and IT teams.

Education & Certifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- UI Path and Blue Prism certifications are highly preferred.

- Any additional RPA certifications or related training is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with other RPA tools like Automation Anywhere or WorkFusion.

- Familiarity with cloud technologies and integrating RPA with cloud-based systems.
