Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate investment opportunities in areas of structured credit, fixed income category, LBO and sponsor financing
- Analyzing financial statements, business models, preparing and working on financial models.
- Good understanding of structured debt/Corporate lending deals and risk assessment.
- Tracking financial performance against Market performance and updating the management.
The Successful Applicant
Talent Pool : Pool 1 : Other credit funds ( Buy side) + AIF Credit funds
Pool 2 : Banks & NBFCs - Structured financing guys.
Pool 3 : Rating Agencies/ AMCs - The candidate should have a master's in finance from Tier 1 institute and/or a CFA/CA
- Possess 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in credit evaluation of opportunities either in performing or stress or special situation.
- Strong analytical skills, good risk assessment approach and an ability to pay attention to detail, and persistence to dive deep into a research or diligence process.
- Candidates with excellent fundamental corporate credit analysis skills.
- Candidates possessing exceptional technical and analytical skills -financial modelling, underwriting skills, company research, and investment memo preparation.
