We are now expanding our in-office engineering team in Pune and looking for passionate developers who want to grow with us.Role OverviewWe’re hiring a Junior Next.js Developer with a solid understanding of SSR, SSG, SEO, and modern React development. You will play an important role in building fast, scalable, and SEO-friendly web pages, reusable UI components, and high-quality user experiences for our growing platform.This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who wants real ownership, hands-on learning, and exposure to modern frontend architectures.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain features using Next.js (SSR/SSG) and ReactDevelop fully responsive interfaces using Tailwind CSS / MUI / Radix UIOptimize SEO, performance, and improve Core Web VitalsManage PWA-specific features such as offline support, caching strategies, and installabilityIntegrate APIs, manage cookies, authentication, and state managementImplement complex forms using React Hook Form + validation librariesWrite clean, type-safe code using TypeScriptContribute to basic unit tests and follow proper Git workflowsCollaborate with backend, design, and product teams for end-to-end deliveryRequired Skills1–3 years of experience with React and Next.jsStrong understanding of SSR / SSG, dynamic routing, and rendering patternsSolid grasp of JavaScript and TypeScript fundamentalsExperience with modern UI libraries like TailwindCSS, MUI, RadixUnderstanding of REST APIs, axios/fetch, cookies, and auth flowsBasic familiarity with ESLint, Prettier, and testing using JestAbility to write clean, maintainable, and modular codeNice to HaveExperience with FirebaseKnowledge of Redux ToolkitExposure to PWA development and performance optimizationFamiliarity with Markdown renderers or math display libraries (KaTeX, MathJax)What We OfferSalary up to ₹40,000/monthReal ownership of features and an opportunity to grow fastModern tech stack: Next.js, React, TypeScript, TailwindSupportive, friendly, and high-learning work environmentWork directly with founders and senior engineers
