This role requires a storyteller and visual thinker who can bring imagination to life across packaging, print, digital, website, and brand communication.You will work directly with the Founder, Creative Consultant, and cross-functional teams in Marketing, Product, and Sales, while coordinating with external printing agencies and vendors to ensure world-class execution.This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for someone who wants to shape a playful yet meaningful brand at the national and global stage.Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesPackaging & Print DesignDesign attractive and functional packaging for scientific and sensory toysDevelop 3D mockups/renderings for product visuals and presentationsCreate print assets such as flyers, instruction manuals, retail signage, and event brandingCoordinate with printers and vendors to ensure high-quality executionSocial Media & Digital AssetsCreate compelling visuals for Instagram, Facebook, email campaigns, and digital adsBuild creative assets for product launches, festivals, influencer collaborations, and promotionsEnsure brand consistency and visual identity across all digital platformsWebsite & UI/UX DesignDesign web visuals, banners, and product graphics for FundooLabs website and e-commerce platformsCollaborate with the tech team to improve user experience and interface designContribute to creative storytelling on FundooLabs.com and partner marketplacesSales & Channel Partner SupportDesign promotional content for distributor kits, sales presentations, catalogues, and product sheetsCreate branded exhibition/event materials for Toy Fairs, expos, and channel partner promotionsCross-Functional & Creative CollaborationWork directly with the Founder and Creative Consultant to bring brand vision to lifeCollaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams to deliver impactful campaignsManage projects from concept to delivery, including vendor coordinationMaintain and evolve brand guidelines and visual systems across all channelsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, or a related fieldMinimum 3 years of experience in a product-based company or brand-focused design roleProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)Familiarity with CorelDraw and Microsoft OfficeExperience with 3D rendering/mockup tools (Adobe Dimension, Blender, or similar)Familiarity with UI/UX tools (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.)Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual storytellingAwareness of AI tools for design productivity (e.g., MidJourney, DALL·E, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly)Excellent communication, multitasking, and project management skillsTeam player with creative drive, attention to detail, and long-term career vision
