Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager located in Pune.

- The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales activities, developing sales strategies, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

- The role involves leading a sales team, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with other departments to drive business Sales Management, Relationship Building, and Strategic Planning skills.

- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies.

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.

- CRM software proficiency.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus.
