Role Overview:

We are seeking a versatile Flutter Developer with Backend expertise who has 1–2 years of experience in building cross-platform mobile applications and backend services.

The ideal candidate should have strong foundations in Flutter/Dart, backend development (Python / Node.Js), OOP, and SOLID principles, with hands-on exposure to integrating native APIs and working with modern AI-driven systems through prompting essentials.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, scalable mobile and backend solutions that provide seamless experiences for end users.

Key Responsibilities:

Mobile Development:

• Build, test, and deploy high-performance applications using Flutter & Dart for Android and iOS.
• Implement clean and maintainable state management (e.G., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, Cubit, GetX)
• Integrate native APIs, SDKs, and platform-specific features
• Ensure pixel-perfect implementation of UI/UX designs.

Backend Development:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Python and Node.Js (Express.Js).
• Create and manage RESTful APIs for seamless integration with mobile apps
• Implement secure authentication, authorization, and data management workflows.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend systems.

Architecture & Principles:

• Follow OOP concepts, SOLID principles, and clean architecture in both frontend and backend code.
• Deep understanding of MVVM, MVC, and MVP architecture.
• Ensure testability and maintainability of code with proper documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce development best practices.

AI & Prompting Essentials:

• Work with AI-powered services, integrating LLM APIs (e.G., OpenAI, Google Gemini, etc.)
• Write effective prompts for AI-driven features.
• Collaborate with product/design teams to implement intelligent, context-aware app functionalities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Flutter Developer with exposure to backend development.
• Strong skills in Dart & Flutter (cross-platform mobile app development).
• Experience with Python(Fast APIs) or Node.Js (Express.Js).
• Solid understanding of OOP, SOLID principles, and clean architecture.
• Proficiency in RESTful API integration and backend design.
• Experience with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Messaging, Analytics).
• Knowledge of Git/GitHub/GitLab version control.
• Familiarity with native APIs & SDK integrations (Android/iOS)
• Exposure to AI prompting techniques and API integrations.
• Strong debugging, optimization, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-Have (Optional):

• Experience deploying apps to Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile and backend.
• Exposure to Docker, cloud services (AWS).
• Contributions to open-source projects or published apps.
