Job Description

What you get to do in this role:   

  • Manage product development activities
  • Work with product management, design, support and other dev teams to create high-quality solutions
  • Manage daily activities of the development team
  • Solve difficult and sometimes ambiguous problems
  • Manage departmental resources, staffing, mentoring, and enhancing and maintaining a best-of-class engineering team
Qualifications

To be successful in this role you have:

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry. 
  • 9-12+ years of experience with Java, JavaScript, or a similar object-oriented programming language.
  • Expertise in data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance optimization for scalability.
  • Good to have: Hands-on experience with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
  • Strong analytical and architectural design skills.
  • Extensive hands-on experience in coding, product development, system design, and architecture.
  • Deep passion for JavaScript and the web ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on reusability and componentization.
