Role Overview:

As the Product Manager - Ads, you will be responsible for developing, scaling, and optimizing ad products tailored to our quick commerce platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to drive product innovation that enhances customer engagement and generates revenue.

Roles & responsibilities

- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for ad products, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, design, sales, and marketing to prioritize features, define requirements, and establish a product roadmap.- Analyze customer behavior, industry trends, and competitor offerings to inform product strategy and drive continuous improvement.- Work closely with the UI/UX design team to ensure seamless and intuitive ad experiences for customers and advertisers on our platform.- Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on features to enhance usability and achieve KPIs.- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the technical architecture to ensure effective communication with engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- 3-4 years of experience in product management, specifically within ad products on a quick commerce platform.- Demonstrated experience working with cross-functional teams to launch successful ad features or products.- Strong analytical skills with a track record of leveraging data to inform product decisions.- A solid understanding of UI design principles and the ability to collaborate effectively with designers.- Technical proficiency and the ability to understand the backend processes that drive ad functionality on the platform.- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with A/B testing, data analysis tools, and customer insights methodologies.- Background in UI/UX design or familiarity with design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.- Knowledge of programmatic advertising, real-time bidding, and other digital ad technologies is a plus.
