About Us:

We are a growing fashion and lifestyle business with multiple brands, including Sarees, Bespoke

Men's Fashion, and Premium Women's Brand. As we scale, we are looking for a Finance & MIS Executive who can handle financial reporting, MIS analytics, and accounting to support decision-making across sales, inventory, e-commerce, and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

MIS Reporting & Data Analysis:


• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for sales, inventory, e-commerce, operations and finance.


• Develop dashboards using Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, or Tableau to automate reporting.


• Track e-commerce performance (Amazon, Myntra, website) and provide insights.

Finance & Accounts:


• Maintain books of accounts (Tally) and assist in GST/TDS compliance.


• Perform bank reconciliations, invoicing, and expense tracking.


• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Process Optimization & Coordination:


• Work closely with teams to collect and verify data.


• Identify inefficiencies in reporting and suggest automation solutions.


• Assist in financial audits and reporting for senior management.

Key Requirements:

Education:  B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent. 

Experience: 2 years minimum in MIS reporting + accounting (preferably in retail, fashion, apparel).

Tech Skills:


• Advanced Excel & Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Power Query, etc.)


• Knowledge of Power BI / Tableau (preferred)


• Hands-on experience with Tally.

Attention to Detail: Strong analytical skills and ability to work with large datasets.

Industry Experience (Bonus): Experience in fashion or textiles is a plus.
