Role Overview:
We are looking for a Fashion Designer passionate about streetwear, with expertise in menswear and outerwear design. The ideal candidate should bring creativity, technical knowledge, and an eye for detail to create collections that align with Overlays' bold and disruptive aesthetic.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design seasonal menswear & outerwear collections focused on streetwear aesthetics
- Research trends, fabrics, silhouettes, and global influences
- Develop mood boards, sketches, and detailed digital renderings
- Collaborate with product development for sampling and production
- Ensure design consistency and quality from concept through execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in menswear or outerwear design (streetwear preferred)
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop
- Solid understanding of fabrics, trims, and garment construction
- Strong creative direction, attention to detail, and trend awareness
