About the Role:

Chandigarh University is looking for passionate and skilled professionals to join our team as Technical Trainers. If you have strong expertise in Java FullStack Development and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA), along with a drive to mentor and guide students, this is your chance to make an impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Train students on Core Java, Advanced Java, Spring/Spring Boot, Hibernate, REST APIs, and related FullStack technologies.
  • Guide learners through DSA problem-solving, competitive programming, and coding best practices.
  • Design and deliver interactive sessions, hands-on coding labs, and real-world project-based learning.
  • Mentor students for placements, hackathons, and coding competitions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and continuously enhance training content.

Desired Skills & Expertise:

  • Strong proficiency in Java, DSA, and OOPs concepts
  • Knowledge of Frontend (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular) and Backend frameworks
  • Experience with Databases (SQL/NoSQL) and Version Control (Git/GitHub)
  • Prior teaching, mentoring, or corporate training experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / M.Tech in CSE/IT (or related field)
  • Relevant industry or teaching experience in Java and DSA
