They are soon embarking on a large-scale Salesforce initiative, which will drive critical enhancements across their Sales Cloud. To deliver on this effort, we are seeking two highly skilled Salesforce Developers who can bring both technical expertise and collaborative energy to the team.The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality results. A few key skills highly sought in a candidate for this Senior Salesforce Developer position include Sales Cloud experience, strong LWC development expertise, and hands-on MDM implementation and/or large, enterprise implementation exposure throughout your Salesforce career.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement scalable solutions within Salesforce Sales Cloud.Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWC) to meet business requirements.Integrate Salesforce with other enterprise systems and ensure data integrity.Contribute to solution design, code reviews, and best practice standards.Partner closely with cross-functional teams (architects, admins, analysts, and business stakeholders) to deliver high-quality results.Qualifications:7-10+ years of Salesforce development experience, with strong focus on Sales Cloud.Proven expertise in Lightning Web Components (LWC).Experience working on large-scale implementations or MDM (Master Data Management) projects.Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, and integration patterns.Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to thrive in a team-driven environment.Salesforce Developer certifications.Skills You Should Have:Salesforce development experienceSales Cloud development experience & architectural knowledgeDevelopment of Lightning Web Components (LWC)Data integration skillsSystem integration skillsSalesforce Developer certificationsExperience with large-scale projects
