Marketplace Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Marketplace Fulfilment Executive to manage end-to-end order processing, inventory coordination, and shipment tracking across e-commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa,Myntra, etc.). The role involves ensuring accurate order fulfilment, timely dispatches, stock accuracy, and smooth coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities

● Order Processing: Manage and process customer orders from multiple marketplaces through seller panels and ERP tools.

● Inventory Management: Track stock levels, update inventory on marketplaces, and prevent out-of-stock or overselling situations.

● Dispatch & Logistics: Coordinate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely order picking, packing, labeling, and shipment dispatch.

● Marketplace Coordination: Handle fulfilment-related queries with Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplace support teams.

● Reporting: Maintain daily MIS reports on orders, shipments, pending deliveries, and cancellations.

● SLA Compliance: Ensure all orders are processed and shipped within defined timelines to maintain account health and customer satisfaction.

● Issue Resolution: Manage escalations related to delays, damages, returns, and customer complaints in coordination with relevant teams.

Requirements

● Any graduate degree

● Language proficiency: English and Hindi

● Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce order fulfilment, warehouse operations, or marketplace handling

● Proficiency in seller panels (Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, etc.) and ERP/WMS tools.

● Strong knowledge of logistics operations, courier integrations, and return management.

● Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for daily reporting.

● Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

● Experience with fulfillment tools (Easyecom or Unicommerce)

● Knowledge of shipping label generation and EDI/API integrations.

● Understanding of marketplace SLA penalties and compliance requirements
