About the Job : Seeking a Senior Technical Lead – Cloud & Infrastructure with 8+ years of experience in Linux system administration. The role involves L2-level troubleshooting, CI/CD pipeline management, shell scripting, and configuration tasks across hybrid cloud environments.

Title: Senior Technical Lead

Job Location: Multiple Location (Noida, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad)

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or related field is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

System Administration

  • Perform L2-level troubleshooting for Linux servers (RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu).
  • Manage disk space, patching, and OS-level diagnostics.
  • Monitor CPU, memory, and disk health using tools like Nagios, Grafana, and SolarWinds.
  • Handle user access, permissions, and security policies.
  • Conduct periodic health checks and implement preventive maintenance measures.

Security & Compliance

  • Implement system hardening and firewall configurations.
  • Manage intrusion detection systems and antivirus tools.
  • Ensure compliance with internal security policies and external standards.
  • Maintain logs and documentation for audits and RCA.

Virtualization & Cloud Integration

  • Administer virtual servers and containers (KVM, Docker).
  • Support hybrid cloud environments (AWS, Azure) with Linux workloads.
  • Configure and maintain high availability and disaster recovery setups.

Automation & Scripting

  • Develop and maintain shell scripts for automation tasks.
  • Integrate with tools like Ansible, Terraform, and Jenkins.
  • Support deployment pipelines and CI/CD workflows.

Backup & Recovery

  • Monitor and manage backup jobs using tools like TSM, Veeam, or native Linux utilities.
  • Perform restore operations and validate backup integrity.
  • Maintain cloud infrastructure and database backups.

Skills Required:

  • Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in Linux server administration and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) in hybrid environments.
  • Automation experience using Ansible, Terraform, and CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
  • Scripting proficiency in Shell and Python.
  • Strong expertise in RHEL, CentOS, Ubuntu environments.
  • Proficiency in virtualization (KVM, VMware) and containerization (Docker).
  • Skilled in monitoring tools (Nagios, Grafana, SolarWinds).
  • Familiarity with backup tools (TSM, Veeam) and disaster recovery strategies.
  • Strong understanding of system hardening, firewall configuration, and compliance standards.
