Job Title: Manager / Senior Manager – OT Security (Industrial Cybersecurity)Location: Bangalore, IndiaExperience: 6+ YearsEmployment Type: Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Manager / Senior Manager – OT Security to lead and strengthen our Operational Technology (OT) cybersecurity program. The role is responsible for securing industrial control systems (ICS), driving OT security strategy, managing risk, and ensuring resilience across industrial environments while collaborating with operations, engineering, IT, and leadership teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & StrategyLead and manage the OT security function, including strategy, roadmap, and executionAct as a key advisor to leadership on OT cyber risk, safety, and resilienceDrive IT–OT security convergence and enterprise alignmentLead and mentor OT security teams and cross-functional stakeholdersOT Security Program ManagementOwn the end-to-end OT security program, including governance, risk, and complianceConduct and oversee OT risk assessments, threat modeling, and remediation initiativesDefine and track OT security KPIs, KRIs, and maturity metricsOversee OT vulnerability management and incident responseManage third-party and vendor risk in OT environmentsArchitecture & Engineering OversightOversee secure design and implementation of OT/ICS security architecturesGuide network segmentation, firewalls, DMZs, and secure remote access for OT systemsReview and approve security designs for SCADA, DCS, PLC, RTU, and IIoT environmentsEvaluate and govern OT security tools and platformsCompliance & GovernanceEnsure compliance with IEC 62443, NIST 800-82, ISO 27001, and relevant regulationsLead internal and external audits and regulatory assessmentsDevelop and maintain OT security policies, standards, and proceduresSupport cyber resilience, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning for OT systemsStakeholder & Vendor ManagementPartner with plant operations, engineering, IT, and business teamsManage OEMs, system integrators, and security vendorsSupport RFPs, solution evaluations, and contract reviewsRequired Skills & Experience6+ years of experience in OT / ICS / Industrial CybersecurityProven experience in managing or leading OT security initiativesStrong understanding of SCADA, DCS, PLCs, RTUs, HMIs, and industrial networksKnowledge of industrial protocols (Modbus, DNP3, OPC, Profinet, EtherNet/IP, BACnet)Hands-on expertise in OT network security, segmentation, firewalls, and monitoringStrong understanding of OT threat landscape and incident responsePreferred QualificationsCertifications: GICSP, CISSP, CISM, IEC 62443, CRISCExperience with OT security tools (e.G., Nozomi, Claroty, Dragos, Tenable.Ot, Forescout)Experience in manufacturing, energy, utilities, oil & gas, or critical infrastructureExposure to multi-site or global OT environments
