What You'll Do:

Visual and Interaction DesignCreate visually stunning and brand-consistent interfaces for mobile and web applications.Develop interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas and interactions effectively.Define and maintain design systems, style guides, and component libraries.Design animations and micro-interactions to enhance user engagement.Translate business requirements and user needs into intuitive wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity designs.Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on feedback and research findings.Participate in user interviews, surveys, and focus groups to gather valuable insights.Analyze user behavior and feedback to inform design decisions.Collaborate with research teams to refine personas, user journeys, and workflows.Collaboration and CommunicationPresent design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design implementation.Advocate for design thinking and user-centered practices within the team.

Who You Are:

You're a creative problem solver with a passion for design excellence. If you have:

8 –12 years of experience in UI/UX design.Expertise in Visual Design, including color theory, typography, layout, and branding.Advanced Interaction Design skills, including knowledge of UI animations and micro-interactions.Proficiency in responsive and cross-platform design principles.Experience designing for diverse user groups and accessibility (WCAG standards).A strong portfolio showcasing mobile and web design projects.Proficiency with design tools like Figma.Familiarity with animation tools like Adobe After Effects.Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks for effective collaboration with developers.A pulse on emerging design trends, technologies, and tools.
