Job Title: Academic Counselor - Inside Sales

Job Summary:

We seek a passionate and driven Academic Counselor to provide expert guidance and support to learners in their educational journey. The role requires strong communication skills, empathy, and an understanding of modern educational practices.

Key Requirements:

  • Perform daily cold calling (up to 250-300 calls) and counseling sessions.
  • Recommend courses that align with students' future goals.
  • Lead conversations and sales closures through B2C inside sales, converting leads into paid enrollments.
  • Maintain high conversion rates by building trust, handling objections, and explaining value propositions.
  • Communicate with students via calls, WhatsApp, and email, delivering clear and compelling product pitches.
  • Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions via virtual meetings, phone calls, and email communication.
  • Built rapport with students, generate referrals, and cater to backend queries.
  • Guide students on using the Ed Tech platform to bridge skill gaps and enhance outcomes.
  • Maintain and update lead status, call outcomes, and follow-up details on the CRM.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment/sales targets.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree required in any field.
  • 1-3+ Years of Experience in Ed-Tech and Sales preferred.
  • Fresher candidates also welcome.
