Job Summary: The role incumbent will be responsible to create and manage design coordination for internal and external stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and coordinate BOQs, estimates, and design drawings. Review consultant drawings and ensure design and approval accuracy till the final stage. Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal teams for project execution. Conduct site visits and manage on-site design implementation. Develop 3D views, concept sketches, and visualizations for projects. Key Skills Required: Strong technical drawing and detailing skills. Creative mindset with excellent visualization abilities. Sound knowledge of building codes and regulatory standards. Effective communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration. Desired Work Experience and Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch) or equivalent qualification. Minimum 8 years of experience in the real estate industry, handling residential and commercial projects, including high-rise developments. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office tools. Strong understanding of design coordination, statutory approvals, project execution, and architectural detailing. Job Location : Thane Role Type: Individual Contributor
