In this role, you will drive SteelBazaar’s financial strategy, oversee capitalmanagement, lead supply chain finance initiatives, and support our digital transformationjourney.You will be a key partner to the CEO and play a critical role in scaling the business, buildinginvestor relationships, and enhancing operational efficiency through data-driven financialleadership.Key Responsibilities1. Financial Strategy & Leadership Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals. Advise the CEO and executive team on financial planning, growth strategies, andmarket opportunities. Lead financial forecasting, budgeting, analysis, and reporting processes.2. Supply Chain Finance Implement solutions for working capital optimization, including payment terms,inventory financing, and supplier credit. Work closely with supply chain teams to ensure financial efficiency across alloperations.3. Capital Raising & Investor Relations Lead debt and equity fundraising initiatives to support strategic growth. Manage relationships with venture capital, private equity, and financial institutions. Optimize the capital structure to support scalability and sustainability.4. Risk Management & Compliance Establish risk management frameworks to identify and mitigate financial andoperational risks. Ensure compliance with taxation, audit, and regulatory requirements. Maintain strong internal controls and corporate governance practices.5. Financial Modeling & Strategic Analysis Build and maintain robust financial models to support decision-making. Conduct financial evaluations of new projects, partnerships, and investments. Provide insights for long-term strategic planning and resource allocation.6.
