We are hiring a Senior Python Developer to join our fast-moving, product-driven team. This is a long-term, full-time remote role for someone who has real-world experience shipping production software and is comfortable working independently.LocationRemote (India)Must work UK time zoneMonday–FridayCompensation$2,000 USD per month (non-negotiable starting pay)Performance-based compensation increases twice per yearWhat We’re Looking ForYou are a developer who:Has 4+ years of professional Python development experienceHas shipped and maintained real production applications (not just side projects or tutorials)Is comfortable with “vibe coding” — fast iteration, practical problem solving, shipping > perfectionCommunicates clearly and professionally in English (written and spoken)Can work autonomously and take ownership of features and fixesIs reliable, consistent, and long-term orientedTechnical RequirementsStrong Python fundamentalsExperience with backend systems, APIs, and integrationsFamiliarity with modern development workflows (Git, CI/CD, deployment, debugging)Experience working on live products with real usersBonus: exposure to AI tooling, automation, or scalable systemsResponsibilitiesBuild, improve, and maintain Python-based applicationsShip production-ready code on a regular basisCollaborate with product and leadership to turn ideas into working featuresDebug, optimize, and refactor existing systemsMove fast while keeping code clean and reliableNot a Fit If You:Are junior or still learning fundamentalsHave never shipped real softwareAre looking for short-term or freelance-only workNeed constant supervision or detailed step-by-step instructionsHow to ApplyPlease apply with:A brief introductionYour years of Python experienceExamples of products or systems you’ve shippedGitHub or portfolio links (if available)We are looking to hire immediately.
