Your role within the team Support the eCommerce team in accelerating market trend analysis and evaluating media performance to enhance customer engagement, drive growth, and improve the efficiency of existing media services. Job Responsibilities Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns while ensuring brand consistency across all channels Support the team in devising and implementing effective growth strategies through digital marketing initiatives Enhance the business website to drive increased online traffic and engagement Collect and analyze insights from surveys, customer feedback, and data analytics tools to inform decision-making Monitor key marketing metrics and evaluate digital data to assess the performance and success of marketing efforts Collaborate with creative teams, branding departments, and external vendor partners to implement user-centric growth strategies effectively Stay updated on market trends, industry best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing analytics to maintain a competitive edge Requirements Degree holder in Marketing, Communications or any related discipline At least 1 year of relevant experience in digital marketing focus Attention to detail and ability to multitask and manage multiple projects Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Capable of identifying, attracting and engaging target audiences Intermediate knowledge of Google Ads & Meta Ads analysis is a plus Fluency in spoken and written communication skills in English are essential H&H Group believes in the benefits of a diverse and inclusive workplace and aims to reflect the varied cultures within which we exist.
