Our programs cater to all ages and fitness goals, from athletic performance to maintaining fitness.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Strength and Conditioning Coach located in Ahmedabad.

The Strength and Conditioning Coach will develop and implement conditioning programs, monitor athlete progress, and ensure training techniques and protocols are adhered to. Daily tasks include designing strength training plans, conducting athlete assessments, and providing feedback to optimize performance and prevent injuries.

The coach will also promote a fun, positive training environment and support clients in achieving their fitness goals.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Sports Science and Athletic Performance
  • Expertise in Strength & Conditioning and Strength Training
  • Skills in Injury Prevention and Athlete Assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to create personalized training programs
  • CPT through ACE or ASCA level 2 required
  • Bachelor's degree in Sports Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is preferred
