Role Overview

As a part of the Founder's Office – Recruitment and Operations, you will work directly with the leadership team on critical hiring mandates and high-priority operational initiatives. This is a high-ownership role designed for individuals who are exceptionally organized, detail-driven, and capable of executing across diverse functions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities Recruitment
  • Drive end-to-end hiring for high-priority tech, sales, and leadership roles across the organization.
  • Craft compelling JDs, manage job postings, and proactively source candidates via and other platforms.
  • Manage interview coordination, follow-ups, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Maintain and update recruitment dashboards and hiring pipelines.
  • Partner with external agencies, consultants, and networks for sourcing high-quality candidates.
Operations
  • Support the founders in day-to-day operations including documentation, hiring trackers, payroll coordination, onboarding tasks, etc.
  • Own key people ops tasks such as new hire paperwork, contracts, background verification, and onboarding.
  • Work across departments to ensure timely execution of founder-led projects.
  • Prepare and share MIS reports, hiring performance metrics, and operations status reports.
  • Liaise with finance, admin, and HR teams to ensure smooth internal workflows.
Founder Support
  • Act as an execution arm for urgent and high-impact founder initiatives.
  • Manage confidential communication, scheduling, follow-ups, and operational handshakes across functions.
  • Track project progress and ensure key deliverables are met across hiring and business functions.
Qualifications
  • 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, operations, or founder's office roles (startups preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage multiple responsibilities and work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
  • Highly organized, proactive, and capable of executing without constant supervision.
  • Bachelor's degree from a reputed institution preferred.
