3D Avatar Engineer – Short-Term Mission (Potential Long-Term Collaboration)Location: Remote Type: Temporary Mission, Potential Full-Time PositionIndustry: Artificial Intelligence, 3D, Real-Time Animation, Interactive AvatarsProject:The Intelligent New Avatar by CompetitivIAPosition OverviewAt the heart of the Hub of CompetitivIA intelligent avatar, you will be responsible for bringing to life a new generation of 3D avatars — realistic, expressive, and capable of conveying genuine emotion.Your mission: to transform the team’s artistic and technological vision into an elegant, fluid, and cohesive avatar — one that embodies the voice and presence of CompetitivIA to leaders and partners around the world.This role requires creativity, technical precision, and a deep sense of visual and emotional detail, working within an international team dedicated to pushing the boundaries of realism and human–AI interaction.⚙️ ResponsibilitiesDesign and model a new realistic and expressive 3D avatar aligned with the identity of the Isidore project.Perform complete rigging (face, body, expressions, lip sync).Create natural, emotional, and fluid animations suitable for real-time use.Integrate the model and animations into Unreal Engine 5 (or Unity) to ensure smooth performance.Collaborate with the AI, voice, and design teams to synchronize voice, gaze, and movement.Conduct quality assurance, optimization, and performance testing before release.Ensure a visually stunning, smooth, and elegant result across all platforms.🎓 QualificationsDegree in 3D Engineering, Real-Time Animation, Digital Design, or equivalent.Proven mastery of Unreal Engine 5, Metahuman, Reallusion/iClone, Rokoko, and Blender.Strong expertise in modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and facial animation.Demonstrated experience in creating realistic 3D avatars, characters, or interactive experiences.Knowledge of motion capture workflows and AI integration (a plus).Ability to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and deliver professional-quality results.Good level of English — international collaboration required.🧠 Success CriteriaDeliver an avatar that is realistic, elegant, and emotionally engaging.Ensure full coherence between voice, animation, and Isidore’s visual identity.Be proactive and creative in both artistic and technical decisions.Deliver a stable, optimized version ready for international deployment.🌍 Why Join CompetitivIABe part of a cutting-edge international project, where AI meets emotion and design.Work directly with the CEO and his Hub (data scientists, AI engineers, designers).Join a dynamic and passionate team that values creativity, innovation, and precision.Short-term mission with a strong potential for long-term collaboration.
