Community Engagement:

Requirements:

  • Crypto Experience:

4+ years of experience in the blockchain/crypto/Web3 industry. Existing relationships within India's crypto exchange, startup, or investor ecosystem are strongly preferred.

  • Market Understanding:

Deep knowledge of India's crypto trends, user demographics, and regulatory landscape. Experience in user acquisition, listings, or product localization is a plus.

  • Leadership Skills:

Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and execute strategic initiatives in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

  • Self-Starter Mindset:

Comfortable working independently with high ownership and accountability. Entrepreneurial approach to solving local challenges.

  • Communication:

Fluent in English; multilingual ability in Hindi or other regional languages is an advantage.
