Dayananda Sagar University (DSU), a premier institution in Bengaluru known for its excellence in

education, research, and innovation, is inviting applications for the position of Vice-Chancellor.

We are seeking a visionary leader with an engineering background who is passionate about driving

academic excellence, fostering interdisciplinary research, and shaping the future of higher education in India.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Ph.D. in Engineering from a Tier I Institution or a related field with a distinguished academic and research record.- Proven experience of 20 years in academic leadership, preferably as a Vice-Chancellor / Pro Vice- Chancellor / Dean

- Academic Excellence- Industry Collaborations- Research Collaborations- Faculty Affairs- International Collaboration- Ranking and Accreditation- With a focus on emerging technologies like AI, Quantum Computing, Data Science, Cyber Security and Sustainability.- Commitment to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and global partnerships.- Candidates are expected to have been in academic roles in top class Institutions (NAAC A+/A grade Institutions), having experience in accreditation with external bodies like NBA (National Board of Accreditation), ABET (Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology); AACSB for Business Education and NIRF & QS Rankings
