About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and versatile Intermediate Back Office Associate to support our operations team. This role combines SEO management, order processing, administrative coordination, email marketing, and social media management to ensure smooth business operations and a strong digital presence across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate will be based in New Delhi and available for a hybrid work arrangement, combining remote work with regular in-office presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO + Website Management

· - Manage SEO activities for multiple company websites hosted on BigCommerce (on-page SEO, meta tags, content updates).

· - Perform keyword research and implement SEO best practices.

· - Collaborate with internal and external teams to improve online visibility and search rankings.

· - SEO activities for websites for our affiliated websites.

Social Media Management

· - Manage and update the LinkedIn pages for various company entities.

· - Create and schedule posts, monitor engagement, and respond to interactions professionally.

Photo Editing + Graphic Work

· - Create and edit web and marketing graphics using Adobe Photoshop (e.G., product photos, banners, email images).

Email Marketing

· - Design and manage Mailchimp email campaigns, including template setup, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.

Order & Payment Processing

· - Enter client orders into the system with high accuracy.

· - Generate and send daily purchase orders (POs) to manufacturers.

· - Send RFQs (Requests for Quotation) to manufacturers.

· - Prepare and send payment requests and client account statements.

General Back Office Administration

· - Maintain organized records of orders, POs, payments, and communications.

· - Support other administrative tasks as needed.

BRIGHTPEARL ERP EXPERIENCE

· - Proficient in using Brightpearl ERP for end-to-end order processing, inventory management, invoicing, and purchasing workflows.

· - Experience managing customer accounts, generating purchase orders, and coordinating supplier RFQs within Brightpearl.

· - Skilled in creating and sending client statements and payment reminders through Brightpearl.

· - Familiar with integrating Brightpearl data for reporting and Mailchimp email campaigns.

ASHLIN – Order Processing :

· Ability to use a custom application used for dispatching orders for our EDI e-commerce clients, plus custom orders for our corporate orders.

Qualifications

· - 2+ years of experience in a back-office, administrative, or operational support role.

· - Experience managing websites on BigCommerce.

· - Solid working knowledge of SEO principles and tools.

· - Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop for graphic and photo editing.

· - Experience managing Mailchimp email campaigns.

· - Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn business pages.

· - Strong organizational and data entry skills with high attention to detail.

· - Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and/or Google Workspace.

· - ERP or order management system experience is a plus.

· - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· - Must be based in New Delhi, India and available for hybrid work.
