We’re seeking a future team memberfor the role of Intermediate Representative, ClientReporting/Performance to join our Global Transfer Agency team.This role is located in Chennai, Tamilnadu– Hybrid.
In this role, you’ll make an impact in thefollowing ways:
- Supports operational fund administration activities forfunds with more intricate portfolio assets including processingtransactions, tracking data, and compliancemonitoring.
- Coordinates fund administration activities with internalpartners.
- Assists with conducting fund expensebudgeting. May make simple to moderately complex generalledger entries. Prepares fund expense invoices forclients.
- Processes debt service paymentsand cash and trade transactions for more complex funds. Checks work of more junior colleagues.
- Tracksfund data and monitors compliance with all regulatory, BNY andclient specifications.
- Investigates andcorrects fund errors. Escalates issues to senior teammembers.
- Collects and summarizes fund data forbasic to moderately complex portfolios to assist with preparationof fund prospectuses.
- Assists with themaintenance of process flows documentation, administrativesummaries and standard operating procedures.
- No direct reports; provides guidance to less experiencedteam members, asneeded.
- Responsible for the quality and completion of ownwork.
To besuccessful in this role, we’re seeking thefollowing:
- Associate's degree or the equivalent combination ofeducation and experience is required; bachelor’s degreepreferred
- 2-4 years of total work experiencepreferred; experience in accounting or fund administrationpreferred.
