Role Overview

As our GHL Expert, you will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing funnels, automations, campaigns, and integrations inside GoHighLevel. You'll collaborate with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to maximize efficiency and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, customize, and maintain GoHighLevel accounts, sub-accounts, and pipelines
• Build and optimize sales funnels, landing pages, and websites using GHL tools
• Create and manage automations, workflows, triggers, and campaigns
• Set up CRM pipelines, appointment scheduling, and follow-up sequences
• Integrate third-party apps, tools, and APIs with GHL
• Manage email/SMS campaigns, reporting, and analytics
• Troubleshoot issues and implement performance improvements
• Provide GHL training/support to internal team members

Requirements

• Proven experience working extensively with GoHighLevel (minimum 2-3 years hands-on)
• Strong knowledge of GHL funnels, automations, CRM, and integrations
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)

Nice to Have

• Experience with digital marketing strategies (email, SMS, retargeting)
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for page customization
• Graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop)
