JOB TITLE: LEAD ROBOTICS ENGINEER - AI & MACHINE LEARNINGABOUT THE ROLE:Naatscorp is looking for an exceptional Lead Robotics Engineer - AI & ML to drive the innovation and execution of our advanced robotic systems. As a key leader, you will oversee the design, simulation, and deployment of AI-driven robotic solutions, pushing the boundaries of mobility, perception, and autonomy. This role demands expertise in hardware-software integration, AI/ML development, and real-time robotic control.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:1. AI/ML & Robotics Development:•Lead the design and deployment of AI/ML models for real-world robotic applications.•Optimize AI models for real-time processing and embedded execution.•Develop advanced control algorithms, motion planning, and kinematics for robotic movement.•Implement reinforcement learning techniques to enhance robotic autonomy and adaptability.•Design and develop perception systems integrating computer vision, sensor fusion, and SLAM.•Leverage AI/ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, and OpenCV for robotic intelligence.2. Hardware & Software Engineering:•Select and integrate servo motors, control boards, and custom hardware for robotic platforms.•Develop and implement low-level hardware interfaces for robotic control systems.•Utilize dynamic inverse kinematics to process sensor and camera inputs for precise movement.•Write control protocols, publishers, and subscribers for real-time robotic communication.•Develop and optimize software for robotic perception, planning, and control using C++, Python, and ROS2.•Simulate and train robots in environments using ISAAC SIM, Gazebo, or equivalent platforms.3. Leadership & Collaboration:•Drive collaboration across hardware, software, and AI/ML teams for seamless system integration.•Lead and mentor engineers in cutting-edge robotics and AI/ML R&D.4. Research & Innovation:•Conduct R&D on state-of-the-art AI/ML and robotics technologies for real-world applications.•Implement reinforcement learning strategies for improving robotic decision-making and autonomy.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:1. Technical Expertise:•Proficiency in Python, C++, and MATLAB.•Deep expertise in ROS2 development and real-world implementation.•Strong background in actuator selection, control board integration, and hardware interfacing.•Expertise in AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, OpenCV) and robotics middleware (ROS, Gazebo, ISAAC SIM).•Hands-on experience in motion planning, kinematics, and dynamics.•Proficiency in writing efficient publishers, subscribers, and robotic communication protocols.•Experience in reinforcement learning for adaptive robotic behavior.•Strong knowledge of computer vision techniques (SLAM, object detection, 3D reconstruction) and sensor fusion.•Familiarity with embedded systems, microcontrollers, and real-time hardware control.•Ability to implement dynamic inverse kinematics for precision-driven robotic movement.•Experience in deploying AI/Computer Vision solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).2. Robotics Experience:•Proven experience in full-cycle robotics software development, from simulation to real-world deployment.•Expertise in robotic simulation and training using ISAAC SIM, Gazebo, or equivalent.•Hands-on experience with real-time AI integration for autonomous robotics.3. Leadership & Communication:•Minimum 6+ years of experience in leadership roles within AI/ML and robotics development.•Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and mentorship.4. Preferred Qualifications:•Experience in reinforcement learning for robotic control.•Knowledge of industrial robotics safety standards and compliance regulations.•Ph.D. or advanced degree in Robotics, AI, Computer Science, or related fields.
