Robotics Project Engineer📍 Pune, Maharashtra | 🏭 Full-time | On-siteAbout the Role: We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Robotics & Project Engineer to join our automation team in Pune. The role involves overseeing automation and robotics projects — from manufacturing and assembly to on-site integration and commissioning.You will coordinate between design, manufacturing, and programming teams, manage project documentation and timelines, and support PLC and robot programming activities when required.Key Responsibilities:Drive automation and robotics projects through all stages — design, build, and implementation.Oversee manufacturing, assembly, and testing activities on the shop floor.Support PLC and robot programming teams as needed.Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and records.Coordinate with clients for updates, approvals, and project discussions.Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and quality project delivery.Participate in installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of robotic systems.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical, Automation Engineering.1–3 years of experience in automation or robotics projects preferred.Basic knowledge of PLC and robot programming.Strong project coordination and organizational skills.Good communication and client interaction ability.Proactive, hands-on approach with a problem-solving mindset.What We Offer:Opportunity to work with advanced robotic and automation systems.Exposure to end-to-end project execution, from design to commissioning.Dynamic, growth-oriented environment with in-house design and manufacturing facilities.
