About the Role:

We are on the hunt for a dynamic, highly versatile Photographer & Videographer who excels in both creative direction and hands-on execution across photography and videography. This is not just a shoot-and-deliver role — we're looking for a creative powerhouse who understands visual storytelling, lighting, composition, and post-production workflows and is eager to bring brand visions to life through world-class imagery and compelling video content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture high-quality photography,brand campaigns, and storybased content
  • Handle complete video production cycle — planning, shooting, and post- production — across a variety of formats (events, interviews, BTS, promos, etc.)
  • Capture impactful and visually striking images during events, celebrity shoots, and on-location projects, with a focus on delivering top-tier visual content
  • Operate professional camera gear (DSLRs/mirrorless), lighting kits, gimbals, and audio equipment with confidence
  • Ensure all captured images and videos are professionally retouched using Adobe, Lightroom and Photoshop, and strictly adhere to company visual guidelines before delivery or presentation
  • Collaborate with the creative team to execute briefs and bring campaigns to life visually
  • Handlemultiple shoots and edits simultaneously with strong time and task management
  • Continuously innovate in visual style, keeping contentfresh, engaging, and aligned with brand strategy
  • Coordinate with artists and team members to capture and deliver highquality content, ensuring it meets both creative expectations and company standards.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 3 to 4 years of proven experience in photography + videography with a solid and diverse portfolio
  • Strong client interaction skills with the ability to understand client stories and narratives, and translate them into realistic and engaging visual presentations through photography and videography
  • Expert in both studio and outdoor shoot; understands composition, focus, exposure, color grading
  • Deep understanding of camera angles, visual narrative, and cinematic storytelling
  • Hands-on experience in editing software: Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, (Lightroom,Illustrator is a bonus)
  • Excellent multitasking abilities — can juggle multiple shoots, timelines, and edits without compromising quality
  • Must be fluent in English & Hindi for smoothcommunication during shoots and client interactions
  • Fastlearner, self-starter, and someone who thrives in ahighenergy, creative environment
  • Eagerness to learn, upskill, and grow creatively and professionally is essential

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in celebrity shoots, influencer content, brand campaigns, and large-scale events
  • Strong understanding of social media trends, content formats, and how to optimize visuals for different platforms (Reels, YouTube, etc.)
  • Passion for storytelling and strong creative instincts in both still and motion visuals
