Position : Automation & Performance Test : Type : : 9AM Period : Immediate 15 Description :

We are seeking a skilled Automation and Performance Test Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both automation testing and performance testing, with a passion for ensuring high-quality software :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts.

- Create and implement performance test strategies and plans.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements.

- Develop and maintain test automation frameworks from the scratch.

- Conduct performance testing using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner or similar.

- Analyse test results and provide detailed reports on performance metrics.

- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues.

- Stay up to date with the latest testing tools and Skills :

- Experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar.

- Proficiency in performance testing tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Postman, or Blazemeter.

- Expertise in Python or other scripting technologies.

- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.

- Expertise in Microsoft Enterprise Framework cloud/Mobile/IoT.

- Working experience in DevOps, CI/CD pipeline.

- Design patterns for Web/Mobile Applications, Progressive WebApps, Desktop Applications.

- Experienced in working with Bluetooth, USB communication Skills :

- Deep Understanding of Access Control Management Solutions.

- Good time management skills, ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

- Good communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to the customers.

- Experienced in working with multi-cultural teams and customers.

- Self-motivated working under minimal supervision.

- Ability to operate in a changing and ambiguous environment.

- Experience in mobility testing with debugging /troubleshooting tools.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Automation & Performance testing certification would be an added :

Bachelor of Engineering/Technology in Computer Science or Electronics. (ref:hirist.tech)
