The Software area is responsible for the development of computer programming systems and applications including the design, coding, testing and deployment of products and solutions to meet firm obligations.

OVERVIEW

We are searching for a hands-on Director of Software Integration to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading Engineering Excellence, fostering a culture of innovation and mentoring senior engineers.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

B.E./B.Tech-Computer Science or Master's Degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science, or a related field. 18 + years' experience in Software Development, Design and Architecture Experience with and exposure to development and design on cloud-native technologies. In-depth knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries (e.g., Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate). Desirable: Application Servers Exposure to Cluster and Fault tolerant Architecture, Telecom Applications development. Problem-solving aptitude, team player and ability to work on multiple items per business needs. Proven ability to analyze problems and implement solutions that are optimized for performance, scalability, quality, and maintainability. Work independently and mentor a team of expert engineers and set good examples. Extensive knowledge of working with Agile methodologies and tools w Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide technical leadership and direction for the engineering team. Develop high-quality and detailed designs for new applications and engineering integrations. Implement best practices to ensure engineering quality. Ensure consistent engineering best practices across geographically dispersed teams. Maintain design consistency across Platform and Applications. Work on new challenges in a dynamic environment and come up with integrated engineering solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enable delivery high-quality products.
