What We’re Looking ForMinimum 1 year of experience as Voice Coach / V&A Trainer / Soft Skills Coach in BPO (International process preferred)Strong command over spoken English & excellent presentation skillsExperience in call monitoring, feedback sessions & coaching methodologyWilling to work from office (Gurgaon) in rotational shifts
