Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects from initiation through delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing cross-functional teams, meeting project deadlines, and delivering business value. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget, while ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Requirements
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, budgets, and risk management.
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless execution of projects.
  • Lead project teams to ensure high performance and accountability.
  • Monitor and track project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet goals.
  • Conduct regular status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Identify and manage potential risks and issues; develop mitigation strategies.
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation and post-project evaluations.
Requirements:
  • Any graduate or relevant qualification.
  • 1+ Years of Experience preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Interested in Acting for Social Media Content Creation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Strong management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
