The Role
Position: SaaS/COTS Engineer
Employment Type: Permanent
Work Location: Amarasri Building, Chennai, India
Working Hours: 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM
Interview Timeline: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted within two weeks of application.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salary: INR 40,000 to INR 100,000 (commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation and configuration of SaaS and COTS products to address organisational requirements.
- Tailor software solutions to align with business processes and technical specifications.
- Facilitate seamless integration of new systems with existing infrastructure, data sources, and third-party applications.
- Create custom scripts or configurations as necessary to enhance performance and user experience.
- Ensure reliable and effective integrations between SaaS/COTS solutions and other enterprise systems.
Ideal Profile
Candidate Requirements
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/Infocomm Technology, Computer or Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in this role.
- Proficiency in configuring and customising SaaS platforms such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, MS Power Platform, or similar tools.
- Experience working with COTS solutions across various industries (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Strong knowledge of system integration, APIs, and middleware technologies.
- Familiarity with software development languages such as Python, JavaScript, and SQL for customisation purposes.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
