Job Summary :


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced SQL Developer with expertise in SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and data modeling to join our data team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining efficient SQL databases, building ETL processes, and implementing data models to support business intelligence and analytics.

Key Responsibilities :


- Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.

- Develop and maintain ETL solutions using SSIS to extract, transform, and load data from

various sources.

- Build and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to ensure consistency and high-quality data structures.

- Collaborate with data architects, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand data

requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues with SQL Server databases and ETL jobs.

- Ensure data quality and integrity across multiple systems and environments.

- Document database solutions and maintain data dictionaries and technical specifications.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

- 6+ years of experience as a SQL Developer or similar role.

- Strong proficiency with T-SQL, SQL Server, and SSIS.

- Hands-on experience with data modeling tools (e.g., ER/Studio, Erwin, or SQL Server Management Studio).

- Experience with performance tuning and query optimization.

- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and dimensional modeling.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Power BI or other BI/reporting tools.

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure SQL Database, AWS RDS).

- Knowledge of other ETL tools or data pipeline technologies.

- Certification in Microsoft SQL Server or related technologies.
